Michelle and Graham were fantastic from the get go, they were exactly the type of couple I love to work with, laid back, relaxed and just looking forward to having a great party. In fact the first time I met them they had been to a party the previous night and were a little “tired” after it. Shooting at the inn at Dromoland is always a pleasure, its a great venue, and to have a civil ceremony there makes life so easy for the bride and groom. It really was a wonderful day at the Inn, and the dancing was top class. So have a little read of Michelle and Grahams day . . . .

When I met up with Aileen and Cyril to chat about their wedding, it was great to see all these little ideas the guys had to make their wedding day special to them, from decorating the church in Kiltarten to having speeches in French and English. Their choice of church was beautiful , Kiltarten is a little hidden gem of a place just outside Gort, and having their reception in the Westwood, they were guaranteed to have a great night. Throw in a stop to Lough Cultra and a little bit of sun, and you have the perfect wedding day. This is their story . . .

Shooting weddings in Clare always feels special. Its just one of those places that no matter what corner of it you go to, it is filled with great people and great places. Regina and David got married just outside Tulla, in the north east corner of the county and their reception was in the Bunratty Hotel, in Bunratty Village. The church was a beautiful country church in Maghera, with Sinead Nic Gabhann providing the stunning music. We managed to make a stop off at Bunratty Castle with the bridal party for a bit of fun in the pub before we headed back to Bunratty Hotel. Before the wedding I know it was going to be fun, but Regina and David are such a great couple it turned out to be an amazing day. This is their story.
By the way, check out the link at the very end to Davids proposal to Regina, if ever you wanted to see something that will give you that warm fuzzy feeling on a cold Irish winters day, this is it.

Caroline and Shaun got married in Galway with their reception at the Inn at Dromoland in Clare back in April 2015, I’ve been dying to show off some of their wedding as it was just so much fun. They are a great couple, and just so nice to be around and spend the day with and add to that I love shooting any Dromoland Wedding. We started off in Galway and ended up in Clare, in between there was a lot of laughing, kissing, hugging and dancing. Here is the story of their wedding day . . . . .

Shooting a wedding in Galway City is fantastic, especially when the rain stays away. For a small city it has an amazing diversity. Tara and Pauls wedding took in most of the city, from The Church of the Resurrection on the Headford road, out to the Claddagh and then onto the Westwood on the other side of the city.
